Manas Shudhi Holistic Healing Clinic
1. The service
Manas Shudhi Holistic Healing Clinic provides online wellness consultations by Dr. Medha Bhat (BAMS, DPCG, Certified Mindfulness Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor). All sessions are conducted online; there are no in-clinic visits.
2. Booking & payment
Your slot is reserved for 15 minutes while you complete payment. The appointment is confirmed only after the full ₹500 fee is successfully paid and verified. Slots not paid within the reservation window are released automatically. The consultation fee is ₹500 per session, paid in full at booking through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). A booking is confirmed only after the payment is verified server-side.
3. Cancellation & rescheduling
You may cancel or request a reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment start time, from your patient dashboard. Paid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. The clinic may reschedule rare conflicts, and will always keep you informed.
4. Attendance
Please join on time from a quiet space with a stable connection. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. If you miss a paid appointment without cancelling within the policy window, the fee is not refundable.
5. Health disclaimer & consent
These online wellness services support your overall wellbeing and lifestyle. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care, and no specific health outcome is promised. By booking, you confirm that you understand consultations are supportive wellbeing sessions, that any medical concerns should be raised with your treating doctor, and that in an emergency you will contact emergency services rather than this clinic.
6. Account & conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. The clinic may decline or discontinue services in case of misuse, abusive conduct or attempts to disrupt the booking system.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the clinic's liability for any claim relating to a consultation is limited to the fee paid for that session.
8. Governing use
These terms apply to all users of this website. Continued use of the booking system after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
