1. What we collect
When you book, we collect only what is needed to arrange your consultation: your name, email address, phone number, the service and slot you choose, and an optional brief reason for your visit. We do not ask for detailed medical history, prescriptions or sensitive health records through the booking form.
2. How we use it
Your details are used solely to schedule, confirm and manage your appointment, and to contact you about it. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
3. Payments
Payments (₹500 per session) are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card or UPI credentials go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them. We retain only the payment status and reference needed for receipts and refunds.
4. Security
Access to your booking records is protected by authenticated, role-based accounts: patients see only their own bookings; only the clinic administrator can view patient details. Data travels over encrypted connections, and passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
5. Your choices
You may cancel appointments in line with our cancellation policy, and you can ask us to correct or delete your account and booking data at any time by writing to the clinic email.
6. Not medical advice
Our consultations support wellbeing and lifestyle. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. Please do not share emergency or crisis details through this website — contact local emergency services instead.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
